Ingredients:

For the filling:

  • Baladna Sukkary Rutab Dates (pitted)

  • Crushed lotus biscuits

  • Tahini (sesame paste)

  • Sweetened condensed milk (to taste)

For the sauce:

  • 1 cup lotus cream

  • ½ cup tahini

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 cup milk

Preparation:

  1. Crush the lotus biscuits and mix with tahini and condensed milk to form a thick filling.

  4. Prepare the sauce by blending the lotus cream, tahini, condensed milk, and milk until smooth and creamy.

  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the date pyramid.

  6. Decorate as desired and serve elegantly.
