Ingredients:

  • 10 Baladna Khodari Dates, pitted

  • 1 tbsp soft butter

  • Walnuts – for filling

  • Shredded coconut – for coating

Preparation:

  1. Mash the dates with the butter until a soft, uniform dough forms.

  2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls.

  3. Stuff each ball with a piece of walnut and seal well.

  4. Roll each ball in shredded coconut until fully coated.


To Serve:

 

Place in mini paper cups for an elegant touch, or store in an airtight container in the fridge for a ready-to-go treat anytime.
