Ingredients:

  • Baladna Okra
  • Baladna tomato paste
  • Baladna Pomegranate Syrup
  • Baladna Bulgur with vermicelli
  • Baladna sunflower oil
  • Baladna Laurel leave
  • Onion, Salt
  • Lemon, chopped meat

Preparation:

  • Soak the okra with water and boil it. Put water, lemon, tomato paste, meat, onion, Laurel leaves in a saucepan and cook until the meat is well done.
  • Then add okra and pomegranate molasses, cook it for 20 minutes.
  • We present the okra with Bulgur with vermicelli. Put 1 cup bulgur with vermicelli to vegetable ghee and add half a cup of water, then add salt. Cook it for 30 minutes.
