Preparation:
- Powder the mallow leaves with hands, add ghee, roast garlic and coriander with the fine mallow for 15 minutes.
Add lemon juice and boiled water and cook. - Add spices to the meat and form small balls. Fry the meat balls and add to the mallow.
Cook for 60 minutes
Rice preparation:
- Soak the rice in hot water. Add sunflower oil, the rice and the proper amount of water and cook.
Garnish with pine nuts.
