Ingredients:

  • Baladna Hummus tahini
  • Baladna olive oil
  • Baladna tahini
  • Baladna cumin
  • Baladna chickpeas
  • Potato
  • Lemon juice
  • Garlic
  • Flour
  • Butter

Preparation:

  • Mix flour, salt, olive oil and butter to get a dough.
  • Put the dough in small tart forms and bake it for 20 minutes.
  • Puree the cooked potatoes and add garlic, lemon juice,tahini and chickpeas and mix it with hummus tahini.
  • Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the baked tarts with the mixture. Garnish with vegetables and chickpeas.
