Ingredients:

  • Baladna Freekeh
  • Purslane
  • Green onion
  • Pomegranate
  • Garlic
  • Baladna pomegranate syrup
  • Baladna olive oil

Preparation:

  • Soak the Freekeh-grains in hot water for 15 min and then wash it with cold water
  • Roast Freekeh-grains and cook it in water
  • Add purslane, green onion, pomegranate, garlic, pomegranate syrup and olive oil
  • Enjoy your meal
