Preparation:
- Mix each Falafel bag with 220 ml water and let it rest for 1h.
- Heat the oil and use the mold to form the Falafel disks and place it directly in the hot oil.
Sauce preparation:
- Mix Tahini, garlic, lemon and cumin.
- Garnish the Falafel dish with vegetables and add the Tahini sauce
