Preparation:
Mix the butter, sugar, egg, and spices until creamy.
Gradually add the flour to form a soft, pliable dough.
Spread half of the dough into a baking tray.
Add an even layer of Baladna Date Paste on top.
Roughly grate or crumble the remaining dough over the date layer.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until golden.
