Preparation:
Roll out the puff pastry and spread an even layer of date paste on top.
Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a log and cut it into equal slices.
Place the slices on a lined baking tray.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
To Serve:
Serve the rolls warm with a cup of tea or Arabic coffee. The crispy texture paired with the sweet date filling is simply irresistible!
