Ingredients:

  • Baladna green Zaatar
  • Baladna olive oil
  •  Baladna sunflower oil
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Flour

Preparation:

  • Add flour, green Zaatar, olive oil, yeast and salt, add water and mix to get a firm dough.
  • Roll out the dough and form triangle pieces.
  • Fry the pieces in sunflower oil.
