Ingredients:

  • Baladna Sukkary dates (pitted)
  • Mozzarella cheese (cut into small cubes)
  • Ready-made puff pastry

Preparation:

  1. Open the Baladna Sukkary dates and remove the pits.
  2. Stuff each date with a cube of mozzarella cheese.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
