Preparation:
- Open the Baladna Sukkary dates and remove the pits.
- Stuff each date with a cube of mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap each date in puff pastry and seal well.
- Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy the contrast of crunch and melt!
