Ingredients:
For the basbousa batter:
10 Khodari Baladna dates + ½ cup hot water
1 egg
Vanilla & cinnamon
½ cup sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup cream
1 cup fine semolina
1 tbsp baking powder
For the filling:
2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp cream
Mashed dates
Chopped nuts (optional, for topping)

Preparation:
Blend the dates with hot water until smooth.
Whisk the egg with sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until light and fluffy.
Add oil, cream, and mashed dates, then gently fold in the semolina and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into molds and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Fill with a mixture of dates, tahini, and cream, and top with your favorite nuts.
