Ingredients:

For the dough:

  • 3 cups flour

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp sugar

For the filling:

  • Baladna Khodari dates (pitted)

  • Cream cheese

  • Oil for frying

  1. Mix flour, warm water, oil, sugar, and salt until a smooth dough forms.

  2. Pit the dates and fill each one with cream cheese.

  4. Fry the samosas in hot oil until golden and crisp.

  5. Serve warm as is, or with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
