Ingredients:

  • Baladna Mallow
  • Baladna rice ghee
  • Baladna sunflower oil
  • Meat
  • Baladna 7 spices
  • Baladna dried coriander
  • Lemon
  • Garlic

Preparation:

  • Powder the mallow leaves with hands, add ghee, roast garlic and coriander with the fine mallow for 15 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and boiled water and cook.
  • Add spices to the meat and form small balls. Fry the meat balls and add to the mallow.
    Cook for 60 minutes

Rice preparation:

  • Soak the rice in hot water. Add sunflower oil, the rice and the proper amount of water and cook.
    Garnish with pine nuts.
