Preparation:
- Soak the okra with water and boil it. Put water, lemon, tomato paste, meat, onion, Laurel leaves in a saucepan and cook until the meat is well done.
- Then add okra and pomegranate molasses, cook it for 20 minutes.
- We present the okra with Bulgur with vermicelli. Put 1 cup bulgur with vermicelli to vegetable ghee and add half a cup of water, then add salt. Cook it for 30 minutes.
