Preparation:
- Mix flour, salt, olive oil and butter to get a dough.
- Put the dough in small tart forms and bake it for 20 minutes.
- Puree the cooked potatoes and add garlic, lemon juice,tahini and chickpeas and mix it with hummus tahini.
- Put the mixture in a piping bag and fill the baked tarts with the mixture. Garnish with vegetables and chickpeas.
